if you're sufficiently advanced at vibing you can almost completely disregard any sort of instruction, the way an skilled improviser can literally smash a piano randomly and make music out of it. the problem is mfs are out of touch with their own feelings https://t.co/jQRAgCjQWI

“you can make every note work with every chord [...] rather than say this note is good or bad, it’s more, this note hasn’t found it’s consequence yet, or this note is in the wrong context [...] if it feels right, then it's probably fine." – @jacobcollier https://t.co/7ePxG3sv8E

But all of the fun in life - play, conversation, flirting, sex - is what you do when you’re playing *with* the rules. But that doesn’t mean you *break* the rules. You tease around them. While paying close attention. That’s the fun!! Oh my god. People don’t know how to have fun https://t.co/OCBfAUbi1l

I used to think I was into very loud, fast, angry, heavy music because it was the most intense I could get – but Joss Stone taught me the most intense highs are contrasted by the lows the band holding the tension through the soft section is the sexiest thing I've ever seen/felt https://t.co/h8cCSJkjOc
