Acetate one is not as obvious, but one of the ketones made in ketosis states is made from the same thing acetate is; indirectly ala acetyl-CoA in the liver. It impacts metabolic health of muscles and nerves. With ketones low in parkinson's it suggests that system is impaired.

It's a liver health issues at its core. That butyrate SCFAs helps heal liver & allows the body to make ketones/oxoaxelate etc. naturally again.Without liver working well, we can't make fuel for our cells. So we get tired and muscles start to atrophy / die off.

@gtown615 @drkohilathas I personally know someone who worked at Dartmouth Hitchcock who was told she wasn't allowed to wear a mask early during the pandemic because it woudl scare the patients.She literally had cancer. The entire medical system is insane.
