@richardursomd @Brian00406663 @BasuSayarnil @LaxmipatSinghi @drakchaurasia @JamesTodaroMD Anyway, it prevented death in ~40% of mice in that lipopolysaccharide ARDS study at a dose equivalent to the human recommendation. It reduced mortality by ~60% in the ICON study for moderate and severe COVID-19 after confounds. Looks like mainly a very potent anti-inflammatory.
