@robinhanson When switching to a diet similar to keto to improve autism associated brain issues I also made sure to increase my salt intake proportionally. I suspect many muscle fatigue problems people is low sodium thru increased bile acid production and elimination. No one talks about this.
Osmotic Demyelination Syndrome is fascinating. Apparently just rapidly changing sodium levels alone can cause the brain to start eating mylein?! Need to explore that further. A direct pathway where the body uses sodium levels I suspect will be illuminating for many immune issues.
