It'd be really weird if stuff like spearmint and rosemary were somehow protective against Alzheimers while also having an impact on PCOS, Type II diabetes, and Autism symptoms. You'd think that it might be an effect on the microbiome's ability to regulate associated hormones.

Odd how fasting seems to help with autism symptoms, PCOS symptoms, improvement in Alzheimer's and MS and Parkinsons'. Its almost like they might all stem from some kind of immune response. One perhaps leading to a microbiome imbalance causing sweet-tooth craving via the amygdala.

Did you know that choline and niacin are made by a bacteria that is missing in people with Parkinson's?Oh, and they tend to have a gene that impairs the conversion of niacin to bioavailable forms because of a slow enzyme. https://t.co/1j89U3Z4Ar

@balajis There was one on regrowing rat spinal cords that I found fascinating. this was from 2012: https://t.co/n9d6eYFl8RIt's something i'm interested in because of ties to neural-regeneration associated with myelin repair in M.S.

It turns out that "magic pixie dust regrew my finger" wasn't fake. They were purifying stem cells from muscle tissue in pig bladders, and a brother of the founder spoke of his success before they completed the whole medical trial, and the news hyped it.https://t.co/o4LDvsu6NZ

Weird idea of the day: a game that uses 3d sound to try and get my dad's eyes to move left and right. Even if he can't the neuronal firing might help promote BDNF/VEGF and restore bloodflow.https://t.co/mZPt9VIR4r

Technically, egg came first. It was laid by a Junglefowl (Gallus gallus) and at some point in time this transitional boundary can be crossed where the outcome was 'Chicken'.But when? Due to ontology weirdness this may be a variation on the Godel's incompleteness theorem.
