This checks out. Will be neat to see if changing my mom's gut fixes her muscle pain like mine went away. https://t.co/SM3ROhddEz

This study on gut bacteria in Mice impact that Lysophosphatidylcholines thing https://t.co/x7aiyFHhk8 and drives colitis (a kind of IBD) symptoms. This may explain why acting on TRPs helped me deal with crohn's before the FMT seemed to fix it.https://t.co/jWRfKCf0wX

The question then becomes if the FMT was a direct fix for the gut bacteria in question, or if the LysoPCs is mediated by something else. Like did immune function shifts leading to less production/better metabolism of it? https://t.co/7tUS85brwZ

That TRPA1 binding -> pain effect would perhaps also be occurring due to just general muscles cell death / immune activation phenomena. So did what I believe fixed my muscles do something here?

It's also possible my mom doesn't have Fibromyalgia (misdiag?), and all her symptoms are just M.S.

"These data suggest that altered metabolic function may underlie failure of remyelination in multiple sclerosis lesions and that mTOR signaling may be of therapeutic potential for promoting remyelination." https://t.co/sPIUDwlaoy

which suggests IBD + M.S. mimic fibromyalgia pain because of shared TRPA1 associated weirdness?
