@robinhanson When switching to a diet similar to keto to improve autism associated brain issues I also made sure to increase my salt intake proportionally. I suspect many muscle fatigue problems people is low sodium thru increased bile acid production and elimination. No one talks about this.

Osmotic Demyelination Syndrome is fascinating. Apparently just rapidly changing sodium levels alone can cause the brain to start eating mylein?! Need to explore that further. A direct pathway where the body uses sodium levels I suspect will be illuminating for many immune issues.

Sodium homeostasis issues may be the missing link behind why so many covid-19 risk factors relate to gut dysbiosis. People with problems there tend to also have poor sodium absorption and intestinal health trouble.e.g. https://t.co/mNWRuCbou2 lots of sodium weirdness in aging!

@RapaNews @tszzl Lack of alignment between nutrient intake and Rapamycin impacting mTOR is likely why we see paradoxical action in T cell function. https://t.co/gVTk19dVEbWorking on endocannabinoid system to impact T cells is what I was doing. https://t.co/iHx5Ml0rYE https://t.co/GdwnGUk5dI

Have you tried addressing odd homocystine levels thru changing your bile expression, anon?https://t.co/Wxh4RiiSxO

Like maybe we should figure out why tertiary bile acids like UDCA synthesis is impaired first? Maybe you don't need to be on rapamycin if you can just fix that.https://t.co/jTmVLtMFqc https://t.co/S31WPaGIiy

@MMMalign @dendricide I think I might have problems in this. might not be necessary for everyone. I'm also supplementing with taurine at the same time.https://t.co/zCYpFlupM0 https://t.co/ESxHhSvOXL

@Cathelicidin @GavinGiovannoni SAC from garlic sources > NAC because it also provides minerals that support B6 function. "Allium vegetables, including garlic, shallots and onions, also boost glutathione levels — likely due to their sulfur-containing compounds" https://t.co/uNB7l5LviP

@simpolism My current plan after my gene test is to go on a 3 day water/coffee fast, and then hopefully my appendix will help repopulate my gut, and i'll be maintaining it with small amounts of red wine and about 2 tablespoons of EVOO.
