Thankfully the reason we moved (to help GF's health issue) has been mostly resolved, so she'll be able to move back home for a while without worrying about her dying. https://t.co/j1NetWKdJz

So some 260 miles later... So much room for activities! https://t.co/QLrHytVvYj

The 'lab space' is 13' 3" long, 7' 6" wide, and 6' 2" tall. It's going to be an interesting challenge to fit all the hackerbase things in this small space, but doable. https://t.co/mlhimE4OaF

If things go as planned, we'll be aiming for mid November to have a somewhat insulated bus with some 3d printers set up on a shelf. https://t.co/636VHzrLXs

"joke about the outcomes you want" https://t.co/8ylogeAUbU

the stuff you joke about (even ironically or whatever) has a way of shaping your reality so be careful and deliberate with that stuff. a lot of people out here fumbling their own bags by joking about outcomes they don’t want. you might as well joke about the outcomes you do want

Now that I'm actually going nomadic, I'll be able to put my knowledge to the test!https://t.co/dnG8ujRGSc

Spent some time to get all my Nomadic Lifestyle / Homesteading collection into a separate arena group so I can share it out to people who might be interested in them.I've watched every single thing here personally.https://t.co/c2Mzb2rZ77 https://t.co/i725HivNfk

Found a picture of the Bus from the outside that we took when we picked it up. https://t.co/fAGhfjtQRZ

Wonder what it would take to go full Wild Thornberry.https://t.co/FFazmJ5JYl

Me and @nsreed had a fun grueling day of moving heavy things. We even made really sketchy ramp to help move stuff like a bed and an extremely heavy laptop cart. https://t.co/P9BfDotGri

Going to tear down my computer for now. Not sure how long until I'm back online again.I am thinking a lot about being out in the cold a lot when I started my journey to get healthy.https://t.co/CUnTgPruRy

Still tired, haha. https://t.co/x538qcmvke

My new house.https://t.co/mk478BEszB

Currently on (GF's mom's) couch again. I'm getting a place to live set up and making room for 3d printers in their garage. No ETA on the bus yet.Feels like old times.https://t.co/9TbSSpnX2i

Getting November deals has helped move me forward in the past. This year I bought an Angle Grinder from Home Depot to help with de-rusting the bus's underlayer.https://t.co/T8ofMThuFH

Project isn't dead. The bus's transmission broke... Then we ran issues with getting power to the garage to run the printers / heater. But now it is warm enough to work on things outside we're activating our contingency plan: a 16ft Trailer. https://t.co/MkJHdLeveP

Bodged together a paint roller for some delicious truck bed-liner goo purposes. https://t.co/lqrb7kNqjS

We stripped the wood out of the trailer. Needs some patch jobs the next time it is sunny out.Whomever screwed down the boards did a horrible job. 🙃 https://t.co/DvctabEiZa

We made it pretty. Then uglified it to seal the gaps they didn't weld. The sealant was originally meant for the bus, so it was white. Oh well. https://t.co/pGbEXPEip0

We finally figured out a viable way to afford a roof and walls thanks to a good deal from Harbor Freight. As an added bonus we can use one of the canopies to work on the thing in the rain / sun.https://t.co/ogjuJ04LOi https://t.co/I6p8k1VFcN

We cut, We grind, We Paint. We Weld.We posted this on bluesky a month ago.https://t.co/o7PciFBqGz https://t.co/Wda0dv4OOa

Emergency winter pod has survived an entire winter.https://t.co/SZUQ3o1lZf

Tent + floor. Rain and water proof. Survived the winter with a standing oil heater.Had to knock snow off and wind make it very loud sometimes cuz the tarp. But was warm and dry.We fit a cot, a 6ft folding table, and a laptop cart with two 3d printers.https://t.co/ZkxcHSTqkC https://t.co/s3DskzKIJc
