ok TRPs detect capsaicin, heat, menthol, cold and pain. they detect pain by the interiors of burst cells attaching as ligands to it. so fibromyalgia is just extra bursty cells? explains why poking hurts. the what but not the why or treatment but I have to leave some for others 💅🏻
