a lot of paradoxes might be best resolved with a sense of humor (eg: dicking around can be productive, but if you're anxious about *being* productive, that typically ruins the whole thing) the conflict creates a vortex that can be anxiety-inducing, until you see the joke

once you see the joke and you can laugh about it, you can often "step outside" the vortex of the paradox, and navigate it as you see fit, either steering into or out of it as you wish, choosing a side based on the context, playing both sides at once, neither, etc

this is the heart of philosophy, all else is commentary 🧐 https://t.co/7uu4B9YhpH

🌀 expose your flaws 🐉 pursue perfection ⛵️ ayy lmao https://t.co/Jjz11UqIJS

Hilarious thing I’m learning from my YouTube commenters is that people love to watch me struggle. I mean it’s obvious in retrospect lol and yet there’s such a strong undercurrent in culture that feels like “don’t let them see you sweat/bleed” etc. It’s the mix of both, I guess

🌀 complexity is an illusion 🐉 reality is infinitely complex ⛵️ ayy lmao https://t.co/xtGFzfql8u

--now i'm reentering a based phase retvrning to "complexity is an illusion, everything can be broken down into simple parts" i expect both of these directions are too extreme, but at least this one feels stable and like *me* and i think results in my making better decisions

🌀 i'm hopeless 🐉 i'm perfect ⛵️ ayy https://t.co/MJR5O2wjxH

* a lot of what I do is to try and retroactively become "worthy" or "deserving" of that luck, by paying it forward. and yeah I know those are dangerous concepts, nobody deserves anything, life is chaos, and yet 🐉everyone deserves everything 🌀nobody deserves anything ⛵️ayy

🐉 maximally right 🌀 minimally wrong ⛵️ ayy lmao https://t.co/BhoyBTj6Nh

@visakanv new meme just dropped https://t.co/UIFPKmNO0u

@visakanv Making a silly meme lead to a conversation with my wife where I learned that "between scylla and charybdis" is an idiom in both english and russian https://t.co/fFkftgiN5h
