It must say something about the world we live in that it can feel so deviant to prioritise health and decline to participate in some common modern practices that are harmful to health.

I’m tempted to nudge a little towards health Twitter type stuff, I am really interested in these things and it seems sufficiently adjacent to what I already talk about (improving psychophysical functioning) Would do it my way of course

Incidentally my circadian rhythm has completely reset in this period. I wake up at the same time every day without an alarm (between 06:30 and 07:00) and my brain switches off for the day around 21:30. It’s great.

For the last six months I’ve gone for a 30 - 45 minute walk every morning as close to waking as possible. I’ve missed maybe three days when it was raining heavily. It’s become one of my favourite habits - seems to have a strong link with how good I feel.
