I’m tempted to nudge a little towards health Twitter type stuff, I am really interested in these things and it seems sufficiently adjacent to what I already talk about (improving psychophysical functioning) Would do it my way of course

Incidentally my circadian rhythm has completely reset in this period. I wake up at the same time every day without an alarm (between 06:30 and 07:00) and my brain switches off for the day around 21:30. It’s great.

For the last six months I’ve gone for a 30 - 45 minute walk every morning as close to waking as possible. I’ve missed maybe three days when it was raining heavily. It’s become one of my favourite habits - seems to have a strong link with how good I feel.
