Dominos Pizza makes me measurably ill. I don't know why The thin crust doesn't tho. Something in the dough?

The thing that stands out as different between 'thin crust' and 'hand tossed' is the dough conditioners. As most of the other ingredients are in foods I eat without issues.I already am suspicious of 'Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate' (emulsifier)https://t.co/VmUrNWpMNo https://t.co/7KTEBnJkeL

It'd be funny if an emulsifier in Domino's drove my depression by killing gut bacteria."In fact, Domino’s Pizza has been reaping the benefits of cloud kitchens for years."https://t.co/Y1vmVZgANbIt's free real estate https://t.co/VFra8nzyhO https://t.co/1XLEkLgkl6

If you squint, 90% of the grocery system is actually a secondary effect of land developers trying to turn a profit off of commercial space. That dynamic didn't occur in the boonies. There's was no money to be made leasing grocery store space. Now there is: https://t.co/AYQD4iEWpV

One of my friends with legit celiac disease couldn't even eat the gluten free pizza dough because of contamination in the pizza ovens.I don't think I react to gluten though.

The calcium propinate (preservative) is tied to a microbiota fermentation product, but I'm on the fence about that being a cause of autism. https://t.co/IK9A4eguJ3I speculate a healthy gut can convert it to propionic acid, so symptom of gut dysbiosis? https://t.co/qOG4hTR82E

It's possible that bile acid problems could prevent this from happening?"The Panel noted that sodium propionate, calcium propionate and potassium propionate will be dissociated in the gastrointestinal tract into propionate and their relevant cations." https://t.co/ieyBQZu4z2 https://t.co/X3MLbe9FxG

Which... if bile is important for propionate metabolism, it might explain why we see autism oddness there."We identified changes in bile acid and tryptophan metabolism as putative mechanisms underlying GI dysfunction in these animals."https://t.co/61itQwegjT

The reason why I am looking at emulsifiers as possibly being problematic is because of bile acid interactions. So perhaps it's not a problem unless you combine the two, and are already at risk of some kind of lipid metabolism associated disorder? If so, how would you reverse it?

More appropriate to say:These diseases often occur when there isn't enough fiber in diet, and western meat eating trends avoid the fibrous material in organ meats (collagen), so there is a lower production of anti-inflammatory SCFAs like butyrate.https://t.co/grcrKwgShC

Ideally, I'd find a way to consume the emulsifier without it destroying my bowels. Clearly not everyone is struggling with it like me. Might be tied to all the inflammatory disease genetics? https://t.co/AGWpT2livw

I wonder if "collagen, and glucosamine" fermenting into butyrate is partially why we see glucosamine and chondroitin helping improve joint health. If it's an inflammation related disorder associated with microbes...https://t.co/wFlqFWmvhN

@nosilverv @walker_jjj Fun fact: the FDA doesn't care if something is a bacterial mutagen. They literally don't test for it. The bacteria that live in our gut and help us digest food don't seem to be on anybody's radar here.

So what you'll find is that Xantham gum with the right gut bacteria will improve health parameters because it promotes some SCFAs, but with the wrong gut bacteria it will drive inflammation.https://t.co/p44ZjK2txmWe'll get mixed results.

Interestingly, GF has been having weird allergies to pizza since her gut was cleared out thanks to the doctors idiocy. We've been experimenting with tons of pizza options from local stores to try and narrow it down. Appears to be gluten tolerance issues, but worse when dominoes.

The bad sleep my GF gets compounds high BP responses from dominos (and my snoring makes it more difficult). But fascinatingly if she can sleep BP effect goes away. She feels like shit for a while after.Fairly constant pattern. Doesn't seem to matter what kind of crust tho. https://t.co/qCPjNBSJ5Z

Authentic Wasabi Paste + Fire Cider mix neutralizes the horrible snoring I got and while it doesn't go away entirely, it seems to be bearable for her after. My snoring coincides with pretty extreme dreams. For me it's entirely the carb load.

Since doing the FMT, I do not get measurably ill from the dominos. Tho the snoring doesn't happen if I use a thin crust.I think we're just going to stop doing dominos entirely. Even the free pizza we got to feed me isn't' worth it.
