Sleeping while awake = non-doing, using consciousness as little as possible, synchronising non-verbally a lot Awake while sleeping = lucid dreaming, happy sleep thoughts

Sleeping while awake — why wait for night-time to sync? https://t.co/cc3P2vwNqb

*hand-waving incoming* I say for every 45 minutes of living, some solid nice 15 minutes of syncing. Eventually you can just non-do and sync all the time integrated. “Sleeping while awake,” I call it. https://t.co/GXriVP1NqJ

To be here with myself, to 100% stan for myself, to be thrilled with being—even when I’m hurried—and it makes the rest all the more distinct and melting.

The ground to make fast moments slow. The eyes to make slow moments fast. The mind to live slowly in the fast. The heart to beat faster in the slow
