Dreamed about licking and smelling Vishnu's feet last night. I am dreaming of the mythology of the Ganges river. Of rivers, feet washing, and hair. https://t.co/2bNJuFH8WiI see echos in the bible; Luke 7:36-50 https://t.co/WulzCAG1aI

Also, our dog won't stop licking my Feet. Why?What is the dog smelling & looking for?https://t.co/pnZQxGgMoG

"Bacteriophages are key viruses that can kill thousands of harmful microbes generally present at polluted sites. Such bacteriophages are abundantly present in the river Ganga [...]" https://t.co/J95VLjROzZ

What does it mean to be clean? What does it mean to be pure? What does it mean to be holy? How can water banish demons?https://t.co/Jk6Cuk4ymE

@NgoloTesla A similar thing may be what makes holy water works -> the blessed wells would be full of minerals (nanoparticles really) that makes purifying water when in contact with sunlight. There are also often interesting bacteriophages in many rivers / pools used to baptize people.

I weep. To weep. To cry. To drip. To melt. To seep. "In 1896, one of the first published works on Ganges water by Ernst Hankin, a British bacteriologist demonstrated antibacterial property of Ganges water against Vibrio cholera"https://t.co/9vfWoxfJOThttps://t.co/y6cz3biWvC https://t.co/GLzDT62ibx

Laughing about how my gut mucus probably supports harboring anti-cholera Bacteriophage now.https://t.co/01qBF5YAgq

Found myself a bowl so that I might perform miracles. It's good for keeping ice cream cold.Let's play fetch. I want to catch a mountain.https://t.co/l9NjFaOcSx https://t.co/3rtTio1HoD

And as if on cue, I get a notification that Slab is gonna bet testing hobo life hacks.https://t.co/cVSQKiLnaoTired: HobomaxxingWired: Monk(ey) king.https://t.co/VlXqD8Vr8G

If you want to grow bacteriaphages, you have to grow the bacteria they live on. Incubate on that idea for a while.https://t.co/SejyRN5DLl

"Paracelsus is said to have cured many persons in the plague-stricken town of Stertzing in the summer of 1534 by administering orally a pill made of bread containing a minute amount of the patient’s excreta he had removed on a needle point."Bread fermented w/ feces? wild.

Steelmanning Holy Water in my dreams.https://t.co/GQ9wrtmdEg

What would be in water that heals ear arches? https://t.co/6M9hymBsGh

Holy water?"Holy Wells of Ireland, St Patrick is the saint most commonly associated with these locations. The water from St Patrick’s well in Rathvilly, Co Carlow, was traditionally used as a “cure” for toothache and earache"https://t.co/bs5FfK461Jhttps://t.co/rC9Lh4rTtd

> "There are some suggestions that bacteriophage may adversely impact fungal growth. These studies involve a bacteriophage produced by P. aeruginosa (Pa), a Gram negative bacteria, and the fungal pathogens A. fumigatus (Af) and Candida albicans" [2019]https://t.co/oVPhuyWA5c

How can water banish demons? How can water fight the asag? How can water purify candida? How can water fight fungal infections? How does one banish an ear infection with holy water? What is malassezia? Can drinking the Ganges cure Crohn's disease?https://t.co/3uFvVi0C4d

Ok, so... a waterway with bacteriophages that fight known pathogenic bacteria. And it's full of literal shit?https://t.co/TdG7VeMz1DHaha, that would be funny if true.

This is profane.> "Nearly 80 percent of the sewage dumped into the river is untreated, [...] This is in addition to the toxic waste caused by dumping of insecticides, pesticides, and metals, and industrial pollutants."https://t.co/BhFIkcGFTS

I always cry thinking about how sick taht water is. How something that used to be holy and healing has been corrupted by filth in our ignorance.I wonder if literal tears are salty enough to purify it.https://t.co/xa3EjXfanp

The river should smell clean.https://t.co/eS2jNgLPxJ

@awkwardishDan @NeoliberalSnow @karouisnotgone Thanks! I've been trying to explore that space with no luck. I think many of those ideas originate out of sense of smell and awareness of bacteria. 1850s was also a key time for pellegra to creep in. They thought it was a disease too. but it was a nutrient. It impacts smell.

In other news, uwoslab spilled his beanshttps://t.co/vZ2ugZ5mr9

Did you know if you char date pits they can be made into a cheap activated carbon?https://t.co/vLdp98AtluI learned this while trying to help someone's hemochromatosis (temporarily while they wait for a dr. appointment to get a blood drawing.)https://t.co/WPM2o83HJx https://t.co/sBJZp9QGhw

How many dates, and how much date wine would I need to make to clean the ganges of the poisons within it?Sometimes trying to fix one disease helps me find ways of healing a river.https://t.co/wW2FBo3xzU

Breeding a Rhodesian Ridgeback with a Skywalker Coonhound. So that the dog of Vishnu might climb to the heavens and roar.I will ride it, like Bhairava.https://t.co/wo1nLnvbnuhttps://t.co/N6HwREP0k3

Bee Pollen is a way to eat many flowers at once.I was going to try to get them to let me help on studies bee olfaction and it's role in how they select flowers.https://t.co/mSQ13qNuO0https://t.co/rObiQsUTYn

@walker_jjj @nosilverv One time wanted to go to Dartmouth and study bees. Now I wonder how much of western science's bias against traditional medicines is because of 50+ years of pellagra disrupting our collective sense of smell making it impossible to verify.https://t.co/MeKSFDbYfw

Fetching me a mountain full of medicine thru so many buzzy puppies.🥲Gonna pet so many bees this year.https://t.co/t98Qnyavj1

I wonder what the bee pollen in the garden of eden smelled like.Probably pretty close tho jesus's feet.https://t.co/pnZQxGhkee https://t.co/Z1yxSxELyM

Bee pollen in water looks like piss btw. It's golden.https://t.co/mgjIbk5sjs

To me, bee pollen taste like freeze dried flakes of stuff we feed fish.> "These include tubifex worms, mosquito larvae, bloodworms, water fleas (Daphnia and Cyclops spp.) along with brine shrimp (Artemia salina)." https://t.co/KvwssH62pyBitter w/ hints of tartness of honey.

IF you think it's weird that I know what fish flakes taste like... Bruh, I'm autistic. At one point ate christmas tree lights because they used leaded glass. Pica is a cruel affliction. https://t.co/vdkVFr4Nwg

I learned that sweaty feet have a chemical in it that taste like kefir and promotes stem cell proliferation. This is probably why when I first tried organic full fat kefir it smelled like foot.Turns out dog wants to lick my feet cuz she needs lactate. https://t.co/rWGN7VXpgu

What does this mean?https://t.co/JumNBteEtp

"bacteriophage treatment, a non-antibiotic strategy to treat bacterial infections, showing particular promise. The ability of S. aureus to resist a wide range of antibiotics makes it an ideal candidate for phage therapy studies." https://t.co/SCPXPxrVlF https://t.co/LtUQOO2J5N
