Those PM 2.5 particles are ultimately cleared from the blood and excreted into the intestine as part of how the body filters this stuff out. What kind of incense? Would be funny if it has protective properties toward the gut-lung axis.

At a hotel in Austin burning incense in the lobby. Told the staff it's bad for their health and gave data to share with their manager: Toxin increase: . PM 2.5 by 385% (= to 6 cigarettes) . PM 10 by 408% . PM 1.0 by 453% Left (outside), right (lobby). Don't burn incense. https://t.co/5G0TlW6ald

I have been absolutely obsessed with ways to neutralize the impact of smoke particulates on my immune system. Why do you think they get angry at sub PM2.5 particles? Its not because of their size, its because typically these are toxins.https://t.co/kEE5vyjpzS

What kind of herbal incense helps neutralize fungal spores and aids in the immune system fighting them off after inhaling it from wildfire smoke? @AskPerplexity https://t.co/S1rZWY7RJB

@Laserpig_Utopia @eigenrobot It seems to be spores themselves. On top of that the inflammation from small particulate in the lung create a perfect breeding ground for ones that are pathogenic. It make sense when you look at it from the physics of the way they move thru the air. https://t.co/GKjMucJt8j
