Arnold had an abusive alcoholic father. He was born in an Austrian village with ~2000 people and had little money. He started lifting weights, got so good at it, which took him to the US. Decided he wanted to do movies. Became huge star despite accent. Decided to do politicsā¦
ā¦became the governor of California. And since then heās grown into an elder-statesman like figure with gravitas and real king energy. Heās not a perfect guy, but if you look at where he started and how he turned out he has lived an incredible life which has meant a lot to many

@visakanv fun fact, all the bodybuilders used to charge to take pics of them for the magazines. Arnold gave them away for free. As a result, his picture got put everywhere. He got widespread recognition and then of course the rest is history.
