Reading a 90k+ population study on a zinc ionophore, no mention of boosting zinc as part of the regimen. What happens to heart arrhythmia when you use a zinc ionophre but neglect to also boost zinc?I bet it causes more problems than it solves.

I hate everything about the current discourse.https://t.co/bdA2vbguvm

Searching Erythromycin/Azythromycin.First link? A .gov website-> "Antibiotics such as erythromycin will not work for colds, flu, or other viral infections." https://t.co/7OtLyhpULTSecond link? is a science publication-> "well actually" 😇 https://t.co/dyudSxpvLP¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Have you tried pissing on your hands?https://t.co/ANsL7tCtYz

I'm trying to figure out how to engineer my skin to feed a colony of microbes that produce erythromycin and other anti-viral compounds to act as a barrier against disease.Don't need to wash your hands if your body's holobiont is naturally antiviral. 😇🤫https://t.co/1rvJi1yNwG

I am as Diogenes, Rolling my barrel up and down the hill so that everybody knows that I'm helping. One must imagine Diogenes happy.https://t.co/aPelkM20LS

Remember how back in march I found out that erythromycin produced by bacteria had antivirual properties (via a science publication!), and now I can't talk about it anymore because it became politics?Everything politics touches becomes tainted w/ scientism. I hate it.

Fermented urine is basically ammonia.I wonder how many people are dying because of using ammonia and bleach mixtures to fight the plague.https://t.co/gtjav6HEt1

One must imagine what Diogenes would do had he seen the youtube video of an ape peeing into it's own mouth.https://t.co/4QBKoZuSjB

Diogenes was said to have abandoned his drinking cup when he saw a child drink with their hands. Philisophically speaking, he sought to experience as base a reality as he could. What would the dog cynic do if he had a high speed camera? https://t.co/CpDWw3Cg8e

Roman's fermented urine to help clean their mouth out.https://t.co/7G8tOxvzwF

Thinking about modern parallels of roman aqueducts.https://t.co/JdI0acymCh

@suchaone @__a__chimera__ I think this analysis is wrong for Americans/ when toilets were first adopted in the ~1850s, it was unlikely that shit floats given my understanding of dietary changes. Observation might be post-hoc. https://t.co/CYh8Ae5lSqTho it would be fun if designs shifted to reflect this.

Does anybody else wonder how the metabolites within a woman's urine shift during a pregnancy or menstrual cycle?https://t.co/mUQCTfveV5I wonder what kind of yogurt that would make.https://t.co/S6Ri265dxN

Talking about vaginal microbes to scare away the political normies.https://t.co/Xvj2XaTTHH

Have you seen my threads exploring forbidden cheeses?https://t.co/mQb3Vu3pQV

I just ate a can of clams to get 95% of my DV of selenium.https://t.co/TCbKl6fO4k

Looking for a source of oysters, both the rocky mountain, and the mushroom varieties.https://t.co/4vjyK9tbId

"Whenever possible we use the best local ingredients in these rule braking beers. Especially when those ingredients have a strong regional flavor... Fried bull testicles [...] from free range Colorado cow." https://t.co/SyiKzZM2fN

"I did discover that semen is high in zinc, [...] When you increase the zinc levels in wort, it reduces the chances of acetaldehyde, a cider-like off flavor in beer and cause of hangovers. So semen may well be the cure for hangovers."😹https://t.co/b1Q3B5ZO0c

Washing my mouth out with the rinsings of ash & rendered pig fat (with a dash of salt). Like one does.https://t.co/I2nmuIONQQ

Saponification.Did you know that your feces is mostly fats? We could make soap out of that.https://t.co/Vczmfjf970

I think a lot about how we used to wage wars over access to bird shit as a means to make gun powder. Then somehow we managed to create a synthetic. And Now we spend $$$ cleaning it off buildings.https://t.co/yHAeXLeFWP

What does bird shit have to do with it?"Zinc is excreted mainly in the feces (90%) and only traces are found in the urine, as the kidney plays a small role in regulating the body Zn content."https://t.co/T8YJCvpWsl

Alchemists are sometimes called "Natural Philosophers"https://t.co/cKl91umUwGPhilosophers' wool = Zinc Oxide. https://t.co/uAE1WEWggC

"Oysters, it has been mentioned, have frequently been show to be unusually rich in zinc." [1926]https://t.co/qydPMiNd1V https://t.co/gLnPWA7Kad

"Had I known that an option existed to have a dude drive up in a pickup truck and hand me fresh oysters he had harvested that morning, I would have done it in a heartbeat,"https://t.co/ABsQSPpGI8

When I get them, I'll eat 4 cans of smoked oysters a whack. Apparently that's 260gThen they start tasting bad for some reason and I go back down to 1 can (65g) every 2-3 days. That means my body seems to self regulate around an average 100% DV of zinc?https://t.co/y8FRMVHXRD

TIL Cholera is similar to other forms of Vibrio that can be acquired from eating raw oysters. V. vulnificus hemolysin (one dangerous ones that can be in raw oysters) is a cytolysin."Vibrio cholerae cytolysin is composed of an α-hemolysin-like core"https://t.co/bfhQfkAcqX

I am not certain if that chemical is same as "Vibrio Cholerae Cytolysin" one, but that has some weird aspects to it too."An additional domain in the VCC toxin is related to plant lectins, conferring additional target cell specificity to the toxin." https://t.co/TAjdq5JZgt

"The Vibrio vulnificus (V. vulnificus) hemolysin (VVH) is a pore-forming cholesterol-dependent cytolysin (CDC). [...] it is becoming increasingly clear that it drives different cellular outcomes and is involved in the pathogenesis of V. vulnificus." https://t.co/Ird6mZLYt2

"It’s also important to recognize that the chances of getting seriously sick from vibrio increase if you have certain risk factors that make you more susceptible"https://t.co/TQKUEB62KkI bet Crohn's disease is one.https://t.co/jn6P2bVoGR

That paper? Retracted as bullshit.https://t.co/1dcExqHfJEhttps://t.co/ZcJx84M4Cg https://t.co/oCAggkcvyB

Getting some weird stuff in my smoked oysters. Anyone know what this stuff is?It taste bad. I've gone thru cases and not ran into this. Happens every once in a while. But this time it's happening with every can I open. Not the only one noticing.https://t.co/InMmcFtOQx https://t.co/WzW97ZW5gs
