when there is conflict, it helps parents trust them. when there are family events or issue, it helps parents trust the teachers and tell them, etc. they're really serving the whole family, the whole family system, not just the child https://t.co/UGjOuGnDAg

@goblinodds but if you were a real human being connected to these people, you'd ask, "what was yesterday like? what are sundays like?" you'd build up an understanding of how this family system worked
