the most anguishing part of jealous was that no one would care. they wouldn’t care, and i wouldn’t care… i’d ignore/hide/consider threatening/dismiss. anything but take it seriously

my attachment spirals seem to be caused less by people leaving and more by discovering i feel an emotion that is unallowed in relationships

there was a story with every single one that these were game-ending feelings to even feel but what a fragile relationship that would be if that was true

more so than the relationship, what a fragile connection to self it would be if every time one of those feelings came up i had to immediately dissociate from them
