@visakanv just looping E and G triads method is like: find a good tone, then rhythm, then put down 2 chords in a looper. the loop holds minimal content, just enough to set aesthetic context

in my case the flinch is usually shame: one unexpected note triggers an avalanche of negative self talk I find it easier to focus on loosening up physically, then the emotional relaxation comes second @m_ashcroft is this 🦋 Alexander technique?
