a thing I like to do after watching a movie or a tv show is to watch interviews with the actors. with comedies, is that you see how actors often have much more expanded awareness when they're not playing comedic roles. they perform "collapsed awareness" to demo low-status https://t.co/aKxMGsr0VJ

some of yall might not be able to see it yet, but for those of you who do see it, once it clicks, its life-changing information. you can become higher status "just" by carrying your body differently and embodying more King energy https://t.co/tkRl1jZE51

you can learn to switch between these modes it's a learnable skill you can become hotter with the same facial features yea growing a bit of facial hair is generally a good idea for dudes but it's not just that it's about how warm and open your energy is https://t.co/fLpNdb1RVK

as always i dont talk shit about anything i don't have personal experience with, i went thru this journey myself on multiple dimensions, so much that some of my newer friends have said it's like watching two totally different guys https://t.co/OjRER5GO85

when I first started making videos of myself talking, I was stiff, awkward, nervous, anxious, frozen. but I kept at it, because I wanted to git gud. I believed that I could learn to become confident and charismatic on camera. here's some of that journey: https://t.co/MSllrsufdQ

tricky thing is, when your awareness is collapsed, you dont really think/feel "ah, my awareness is collapsed". you dont notice what you dont notice. i see so many things in the above video that i didnt see when i first made them (or i wouldve adjusted!) for eg my shoulders here https://t.co/ktnEIPBS1V

at my most depressed i had the thought "every success is just a stepping stone to the next inevitable failure". what i couldn't see then: I had an internalized assumption that failure is bad, to be ashamed of. actually, failure can be a delightful opportunity for learning

oh wow there's actually a tweet lol. this was me at my all time low yea https://t.co/3NtXyR4PZd

ppl who are frozen don’t realize they are frozen but once you learn to see it makes sense as a kind of rigid defensive posture https://t.co/AuguuuF5L4

collapsed vs expanded https://t.co/JQRD74eyiU https://t.co/jm9c39nzje

this brock lesnar thread is also relevant https://t.co/kNwobVy2dl

haven't watched wwe in a long time but its really cool to see brock lesner's new vibe/aesthetic, he's aged very well. yes its all theatrics but there's something here, he used to have this anxious energy... 20 years ago (holy shit) and it's lovely to see that it seems to be gone https://t.co/fBIMmAbbu5

just putting this here for future reference https://t.co/no1L8ML3UY
