@canna_brain In the past I found lots of strange omega 3/6/9 weirdness in autism/schizophrenia that I recently learned are likely upstream of problems producing AEA and 2-AG (omegas are precursors?). Trying to figure out if gut might regulate balances there.

@nsreed I was eating 36 eggs a day for a couple of weeks. My shit actually got better because the extra protean and fats in my diet helped me harbor healthy gut bacteria. As my intestines healed, I stopped having so many problems.

Fundamentally serotonin is a 'stress' molecule the bacteria put out to defend themselves against fungus. So if you play around with starving to lose weight, suddenly you may trigger a cascade of microbial changes that shift you into a different metabolic state.
