@sabbatical I experimented with other yogurts/kefirs sans LIfeway. L. Lactis alone seems to stop my lactose intolerance in it's tracks, and others improve mood and gut motility somewhat. But L reuteri was the important one for my gut relief. It's antifungal action is probably what it helps.
