If you look up studies on nutrient deficiencies in alcoholics, those all show up low in bloodwork.And there's a lot of research exploring the role of oxidative stress on lung injury from smoking.I wouldn't recommend it, but someone did their homework.

I traced something akin to "chronic rhinitis" to serotonin mutations that also seemed to show up in crohn's symptom genes ala smooth muscle. I am highly prone to 'cute aggression', and nausea. I suspect this is related.

The only drug I take regularly is a low dose of THC for muscle spasticity related to Multiple Sclerosis (concluded I don't need CBD to get effects of Sativex). I use alcohol (red wine) to condition my gut. I have never taken any "street drugs".
