@visakanv TBH I think the weirdest thing might be that it's taken me so long to notice it. But I think the most non-obvious thing, even in retrospect, is how much someone's sense of humour reveals their areas of expertise.

@QiaochuYuan in my experience there is a truth to this, but you have to kinda seduce yourself with it. a prompt I might offer is, think about what a ritual or ceremony to commemorate the transition would look like – the things that come up will likely be instrumental. That’s my style anyway
@QiaochuYuan @visakanv I suspect free will is one of those self-fulfilling prophecies, like whether or not you are hard-working, or happy. If you think you have it, you have it. If you don't think you do, then you're not free; popping into existence the moment you formulate it, like any good concept
