just heard that someone cured their covid related anosmia (lack of smell) after an LSD trip; after a glance at the literature this effect has been reported quite frequently. n.b. there's probably an opportunity for like, guided trips with high quality perfumes and essential oils

@DanielleFong My personal bet is that stuff like https://t.co/Q7ccAVJwon may be due to similar processes. Notably Alzheimer's has higher rates of GI issues, sub-clinical pellagra, diabetes itself is a risk factor, and we also see higher rates of disease among older people with the condition.
