Vitamin B6 can't be absorbed if your gut isn't processing things properly and full of things that eat it. So of course supplementing it isn't going to help unless you condition the gut.We see Vitamin B6 in the blood as a side effect of gut health.

While we did cut out added sugar, she was definitely not in ketosis.Found this out in fall 2022 when we got a CGM and she was't having insulin spikes from foods.
