It's got Bacillus Coagulans; got what guts crave.https://t.co/g0EJ8zWnD0

Kevita uses Bacillus Coagulans "LactoSpore" MTCC 5856 derived from Cranberry Seeds. I can't find out if there is a human derived strain of Cougulans, but there are a tons of different seeds that use variations of it to protect themselves; its fundamentally a soil bacteria.

It's been fun to see wine centers in stores grow in popularity. Seeing exotic berry vineyards crop up everywhere in Vermont. I enjoy beer myself, but you haven't lived until you've tried elderberry, or lingonberry wine. I'm hoping mead comes back in style.https://t.co/xFKLeJ4Nmn

I see this strange conflict in views/ideologies everywhere now. I spend a lot of time searching out writings that attempt to bridge these gaps, while actively shunning stuff that seems to be driving further wedges between groups.

@The_Lagrangian @literalbanana 3-methylbut-2-ene-1-thiol seems to be what causes beer to "skunk", and thiols in general may play a role in feces stink (particularly those with bowel issues due to odd bacterial factors).Scent is fascinating.https://t.co/ZHeogxvKsu

Hypothesis: reason we can smell chocolaty oil and swimming pools really well is that chocolate is derived from lactic acid producing bacteria and we are ureotelic - We're using scent not to hunt, but to monitor where other humans live? See also scent driven Westermarck effect.
