The hunch that I had in 2017 that serotonin + dopamine was regulating homeostasis that impacts sociability and food seeking? Seems to be happening via oxytocin ala https://t.co/6v0CIlfJWr

I wish we knew more about SSRIs and other serotonin regulation mechanisms impact stuff in OCD and itch. I think something is there that seems to coincide w/ my own biology. Sometimes I can't stop itching & thinking about them once surprised by an insect.https://t.co/7AgcbT91LS

Why does D2/D3 dopamine agonism impact kappa-opioid receptor? hmm.https://t.co/6nEhELqpY9

And if GABA+anxiety plays a role in it, it might also explain why my executive function issues haven't improved despite not being in a brain fog / memory black hole state anymore. There still might be a disruption going on regarding dopamine.

Oddly, this many SSRIs doesn't work for OCDBut one that do (Clomipramine) block SERT.So mutations in SLC6A4 may be more of a factor than generalized mutations in serotonin receptors.https://t.co/pyrVvY9ZNp
