I've been on a "take deep breaths and hold them" kick for a couple of weeks, and it has been a fascinating journey a thing that I was wondering if I was imagining: my hips have been starting to get more sore. Now... why would breathing deeply make your hips sore?? https://t.co/wl3OLWLake

I only recently discovered that I never actually understood what hyperventilation is.
