Meta-Metacognition -> when you learn about how Richard Branson learns and find he is also interested in learning about learning.“If I’m not interested in something, I just don’t grasp it,” https://t.co/hTwBqwZEDDThe trick, I think, is to learn to make everything interesting. https://t.co/8s7Te5lZ02

I disagree with the HBR article's focus on sleep. But I also think my pineal gland is compensating for sleep problems and allowing me to encode memory while I'm awake.https://t.co/Br9tGPbbwl

Why the heck would Diabetes Type II and Periodontal Disease be correlated with Pineal gland Calcification and Melatonin issues?https://t.co/kOcqCXz48Chttps://t.co/hI7Y6dDmGa

If schizo, autism, & multiple sclerosis are related via white matter/myelin issues due to widespread brain inflammation... we should expect Diabetes Mellitus to exhibit demyelination symptoms? What is diabetic neuropathy?https://t.co/wdQF3mGwlVhttps://t.co/Ni4skuzQTo

Going to need to dig these to get to the root of the study designs."Industry-affiliated studies indicated that smoking protects against the development of AD, while independent studies showed that smoking increased the risk of developing the disease."https://t.co/ER4WhKxRyc

Plausible that the studies were doing statistical analysis of populations and didn't take into account that people who smoke more might already be predisposed to an immune disorder, but that fact got overlooked. But it's complex.https://t.co/7Ch2VUMV2uI never find controls.

Choline kinase directly related to Phospholipid Metabolism. Low levels of choline seen in ASD cases https://t.co/oZ5diHEBYU , and even some rare mutations manifesting in symptoms https://t.co/sPjmXmSAUI (already know about choline+nictotine receptors weirdness ala schizophrenia)
