@strandbergbio @simonsarris it probably does cover whatever the "nitrogen balance” requirements are, as eggs contain 12.6% protein (or ~2% nitrogen). eggs are cheap protein, but color me skeptical on how much you need (35*40g*0.126 ≈ 180g) here…
