@simonsarris google says eggs are ~70-80 cals each, that means this only covers 2500-2800 cals a day. Still need to get a lot of meat and fish to cover the rest of the 7000

@simonsarris though that's just the egg, I imagine if you fried or scrambled it with extra fat/milk you could get those counts up significantly

@strandbergbio @simonsarris it probably does cover whatever the "nitrogen balance” requirements are, as eggs contain 12.6% protein (or ~2% nitrogen). eggs are cheap protein, but color me skeptical on how much you need (35*40g*0.126 ≈ 180g) here…
