Our latest release from 'Low Carb Gold Coast 2022' - Dr. Paul Mason dismantles the lipid hypothesis and points to oxidised LDL as causative in cardiovascular disease #LowCarbGC @DrPaulMason https://t.co/223Tb9CcUL

@lowcarb_aus @DrPaulMason What's really fun is exploring how gut bacteria impact oxidative stress and lipid function with knock on effects on liver health. It neatly explains all the other issues you talk about with elevated LDL still being problematic for weird reasons.

@lowcarb_aus @DrPaulMason This came out in October. I figured this out in 2017 and have since reversed a neurodegenerative disorder that involves cholesterol signaling problems related to demyelination. https://t.co/QgpEHopWsH

@lowcarb_aus @DrPaulMason Fun fact: that 36 eggs a day study on burn victims? It also applies to healing the inner lining of the skin that is 'burned' due to Crohn's. This has a huge impact on inflammatory response in the gut due to improved barrier function.

@lowcarb_aus @DrPaulMason My blood test showed near perfect TMAO levels too, haha.Did you know choline is a phospholipid precursor and produced by gut bacteria? Disruption of that is probably adjacent to what is damaging APOE related dysfunctions in Alzheimer's as well as that APO B100 thing on VLDL.

@lowcarb_aus @DrPaulMason Why have I been getting better? I have been systematically finding and neutralizing inflammatory factors tied to gut health. That includes improving SCFA production and improved bile signaling via gut bacteria, and eating lots of choline and cholesterol.https://t.co/IRUyTWZ0D9 https://t.co/olHJCk8HqM

@lowcarb_aus @DrPaulMason You can leverage SCFAs to mediate production of APO B100 acording to this paper in 1991 https://t.co/zzXasDo1LSBut I can't find out anything specifically on fixing the DNA repair process that leads to defective APO B100 mRNA.https://t.co/RxmZncTRNQWe need more research.
