If job listing says "detail oriented" & "fast paced environment", It means a process full of tiny error prone steps & everything is on fire.

If a job listing says C++ or Perl, It means probably are 100% enterprise javabeans; a trick to filter self taught JS people (yes really!)

If a job listing says C++ or Perl (and it's true), it means maintaining bad business critical CGI or using a c++ compiler on pre-C89 code.

Other danger terms I've encountered are those rhyming with "fragile" "screw nut testing" and "object matter expert" - Likely cargo-cults.
