120g whey powder, 6 packs of 'soylent' (Carnation Instant Breakfast), 4 eggs, 2c water. All the oatmeal. Bake 325 until eggs won't kill you.

I'm calling my creation 'eat-loaf'. It's super dense, very dry, and has a texture life meat.Best served with coffee.

My mum called it 'sweat-loaf', so there's that.

Still prefer my homemade eat-bars over these. Sad I don't have a space to cook. https://t.co/gG2zGL7XH7

Been using 2x Coffiest (woo 30% off) for breakfasts. Taste like Wheaties.A case in: my farts are noxious. 😷Shame it's above my budget.

I don't mind chewing my food, it's the decision anxiety & prep that gets to me. Might try actual "soylent eat-bars" w/ some of the bottles.

Looking up what might be involved in cooking Soylent: I found best quote on the topic yet: https://t.co/A7WvvEb7XtEating food = sex? LMFAO https://t.co/X68B1McvV4

Did some digging on idea. It seems cooking Soylent would lead to loss in many of vitamins I want access to. Shame. https://t.co/ots59R26Wo

Still haven't found good explorations of Soylent Natto or Yogurt that I'd trust, but the idea is interesting. Likely taste awful, but hey!
