@JackHenryAssoc used to be able to click a link and get my PDFs directly from the bank portal.
@JackHenryAssoc This is on top of not doing paper statements anymore. But old way was much easier. Why would @merchantsbank do that?
@JackHenryAssoc I don't even have an e-statements ID or password, and I'm not typing in my bank portal one to a random site! @MerchantsBank
@JackHenryAssoc Please set up syndicated sign on services, or have @MerchantsBank setup a subdomain redirect they can get an https cert for.
