Literally changed my eye color and grew taller, this is legit. I also learned how to see infrafred and am working on growing a dog entirely out of a transmissible venereal disease / cancer https://t.co/0vJ7TAvTnD

To be clear, it is not ethical to get your mom pregnant with puppies. Please do not. This is really just a crazy way to get grok to teach me about comparitive human and dog pregnancy so I can steelman immaculate conception in a round-about way. https://t.co/GmILghQrtM

Have a great reply chain to this question if you're curious. It goes places.https://t.co/Zs7P0Llkqm

I wanted to see the stars, so I cured my night blindness. I heard that some tribes have vision so good, they tell stories and see consitilations using stars that westernes need telescopes to see. So I kept going.https://t.co/GNmiqpl1qr

We could be so much more.https://t.co/nV6C0v47na

@jaycousins Taller is largely about reversing the zinc deficiency from crohn's and leaning into impacts that has on gene expression. I I go into some details here about it including a dietary stack that I stumbled into. https://t.co/htCiz19Ief

@jaycousins The infrared thing is because i figured out you can bias what kind of vitamin A (A1 vs A2) gut bacteria utilize and make. I'm not rock solid on how it's working, but it involves said zinc pathway enhancement to avoid vitamin A and copper toxicity.

@jaycousins Part of this is also thru reversal of diabetic retinopathy and autoimmune disruption to my eyes. I figure trying to grow my eyes back to counter the weird color vision loss and eye disruption driven by the multiple sclerosis wasn't enough, I want to see better than any westerner.

@jaycousins Basically, reversing the neurodegenerative disease also doe a good job at regrowing eyes because of how inter-related they are. I'm just putting my thumb on the scale of how it grows back.https://t.co/0GyFOOQ2k5

@jaycousins The eye color is tangentially related to all of this, but more of a side effect.https://t.co/xdRmjSX7LL

@aurasinlove Basically all the brown went away and I only have a hazel/green. My eye color was like this in college when I was more healthy. I suspect its my body chelating away metals better. I don't actually focus on this but figured out it should be a side effect of fixing my gut.

@jaycousins Yes, this is all based on logical extensions of healing might night vision!https://t.co/AjNM6tIXrw

@jaycousins Fasting improvments in night vision are likely a result of gut bacteria shifts around zinc/copper and vitamin A pathways tied to methylation.I stumbled into the vitamin A thing indirectly via seeing connections between it and copper thanks to @Grimhood posting about it.

@jaycousins Digging into this took me places.https://t.co/VDQ5kiCg11

@theolearns @DrJackKruse I'm assuming that I'm perhaps a rarity who's actually supposed to be crepuscular - able to shift my sleep around in response to the seasons. exploring vision via https://t.co/rVDCqDF6dT blindsight, and stuff like this https://t.co/GNtMgIHPfp is what helped.

@jaycousins It's hard to describe how it changes my sense of vision, but its like the world has more red in it, so it makes foraging for plants and flowers easier due to something that I can only describe as what it must be like to suddenly not be red color blind.

@jaycousins this was in my childhood. I figured I should be able to do it again, and I remembered a weird biohacker idea and it turned out they did more work on the night vision stuff they tried. https://t.co/0aAsGZ7YjQ

@jaycousins My way is a bit weirder than their methods, i'm gambling on my gut making more A2 on it's own and self-regulating it homeostatically instead of pure dietary based methods based on body mass. Lots of self tracking / biofeedback to find sweetspots. https://t.co/pTON88Omtd

@jaycousins My method for doing experiments is self invented, but its not 'made up'.I have been refining how I approach this stuff.https://t.co/QqB5f8dfdC

@jaycousins I also have something I wrote on linkedin (in the replies) that explores this in more depth. Not polished yet, but something I plan to turn into a proper blog post. https://t.co/rtqcIg2sk9

@jaycousins Not sure if you can get them in your area, but there a lot of hebal teas that can help with vitamin A https://t.co/EcDussDJZt
