High dose creatine is a gateway drug to regular exercise. Be careful. I've seen people end up doing that multiple times a week for years. The impact on the body is... I don't know, their muscles swell and stuff. They start talking like gym bros. Seems to impact every aspect of life.

@algekalipso Yep, impacts cognition too https://t.co/XW6hghd010 I legitimately think there should be programs that get titan realm researchers properly onboarded into intense athletic regimens over a few months

@algekalipso What's high dose? What do you believe a healthy dosing protocol is and what's your believability level? Been on standard 5g creating/day for 22 years. Maybe time to go big or go home.

@algekalipso The clear next step of your evolution, Andres, is to become a gym bro, don't ignore the signs 😎

@TeoriaNeutral I gained quite a bit of muscle in grad school, just to lose it as soon as I entered the work force 😆 but who knows... Maybe motivation will be regained. I do cardio 3-4 times a week religiously, though.

@algekalipso Creatine supplementation, it turns out, is also really good for your brain. Problem is, it can cause insane cramps.
