Ok guys I’ve solved it. Some video games are art and others are not. You can tell the difference very easily, by this definitive test: my personal opinion. For example, Alpha Centauri was art, but Civilization (tho a great game) was not. Happy to clear up any you’re confused on.

@eshear Portal, The Witness, and Outer Wilds are clearly art. Factorio is the greatest game ever made. I'm not sure if it's art.

@RandomSprint All three of those are Certified as Art. Factorio is a builder toy, like a magical kind of legos. You can make art with builder toys but they’re not themselves art.
