I cured 2 autoimmune diseses in myself, doubled my grip strength, and went on to reverse my GF's diabetes type II and PCOS. My blood test says I got 10 years younger and the only thing I did was fix my gut. I live in poverty conditions and my intervention was literally dog feces.

Everyone thought Bryan Johnson was insane... When they heard he spends $2,000,000 a year to live to 200. But the details of his protocol reveal 8 life-changing habits anyone can follow at home for free. Here's his evidence-based longevity blueprint: 🧵 https://t.co/9Y0oEwCCal

You don't understand how bad things really are.https://t.co/mxWTpV9FGE

I cured a life long sleep disorder, stopped hallucinations, fixed my sense of time, reversed anosomia and face blindness, have intentionally control of my inner monologue and literally taught myself tummo from first principles.I lived off <$200 for most of this time.

Imagine what we could become.https://t.co/qnz7LFhqbB

I want to eat gorilla shit, then figure out how to be the first person to reach true hibernation while scientifically documented.https://t.co/QSdbCfHV38

We could be so much more.https://t.co/18KqEY7d3x

I don't have a lot of money, but I've got nothing but time. https://t.co/hYTeU7dSFP

But at least I'm not shitting myself anymore.https://t.co/DbHmfAV9vg

I have been hoping to work w/ medical researchers to try and get proper safety trials done before releasing the process to the public for review. But I believe in explaining how seriously I took this process I can dissuade people from doing it themselves.https://t.co/rqYR6tcvjF

Feel free free to make fun of me. Nothing you can say is more ridiculous than my life.https://t.co/Ko8QtFMQhF

I don't think Bryan is insane. I think he's wrong.https://t.co/PEBRa8prI5

Please don't eat dog poop, lol. https://t.co/MNo3EYLbw2

I may be insane, but all the best people are.https://t.co/eW4UHHsHaF

Hello new viewer! 1) I've been working on my health since before Bryan's blueprint existed.2) My account isn't anon (check my linkedin lol)3) I make a lot of jokes, but this is not satire.4) I took a vow of poverty, and I live off donations.https://t.co/re5uFs65cq

5) Yes I literally did eat dog shit pills for a month. Not only did I document it on twitter, I have videos on my YouTube (and Odysee) about it, and even have my gut tests published on my github:https://t.co/pt08u01FgL

I write about my findings on here because I want to share them with the world. I wouldn't be alive if it weren't for kind people on twitter helping me out.I'm a bit bombastic with my format, but hey, i'm litterally a mad scientist!https://t.co/grnJ6ly5fD

Ask your doctor if eating shit is right for you!https://t.co/LzH9MlVG3o

Sonic says: dog shit? that's no good.https://t.co/0uzh9IUkUz

If I am right about how this works, there's a non-zero risk that eating dog-feces-in-a-pill (even ones checked for parasites) may cause psychoses, drive organ failure, or even lead to sepsis & eventually death.☠️I take this bitter pill knowing the risks.https://t.co/tvanvGFKua

I live on less than the income of the world's poorest 1%. https://t.co/2qZRdBeKDv

Not being able to afford a car and ride sharing with your disabled GF for groceries you'd want to get anyway is a great way to game the system.https://t.co/QZXtwQS5g1

Whoa, I'm actually really close to hitting 2 metric tons of carbon.I knew I was frugal, but this makes me happy to hear!I'll be able to get a lot lower once I move to a place where I can control for food waste and bike for groceries.https://t.co/zfXBpcPelb https://t.co/yrbCOHUixS https://t.co/iiuQCuFirh

Please help me tell everyone to eat shit.https://t.co/SOcKlpF8qS

I over ate because of a gut disorder driving a hidden nutrient starvation, the doom scrolling satiated my anxiety by feeding me knowledge, and skipping bedtime was one of the few ways to treat my Treatment Resistant Major Depression before I cured it.https://t.co/lkRsMF5NSt

If your twitter feed is full of healthy helpful content & smart ideas, Doomscrolling can be based AF!It front-loads ideas into your dreams like Ancient Greek incubation rituals. It can drive sleep epiphanies.Anxiety sucks, sure, but it can be an asset.https://t.co/hvNQHXORJ9

Skipping bed time? Literally kept me from killing myself.https://t.co/o0d8Rr4PdD

What if consensus science is wrong?https://t.co/wOrnGsyGN8

@bryan_johnson @jjohnpotter I don't follow consensus science. I find out where science is wrong and look for gaps in reasoning and make predictions about what should exist.Anyway, I got a blood test showing I Got 10 years younger after eating vet sourced dehydrated dog feces. https://t.co/P1a2hGFu1k

Medicus non sum.Canis cacas edens tutum non est.Caveat emptor!https://t.co/xB2Jj2ibQU

I don't need to get up to piss at night.https://t.co/KnzpJt4jkd

Let's break this one down now.https://t.co/NqsMbMiZt7

> eating too lateOff and on for an entire month I ate all my calories before bed to sync up digestion and absorption with IGF-1 signaling during sleep. I got really hot at night but I slept just fine.https://t.co/YtYOSUBkmy

> not having a wind down routineI copied tim Ferris' wine down routine and used alcohol before bed. There's a sweet spot where HRV and resting heart rate improve. Likely depends on body's ability to handle lactate/acetate and produce butyrate.

Butryate can reduce oxidative stress impacts of alcohol via modulating gut bacteria factors. Lots of neat studies showing improvements in liver heath and reduced oxidative stress.https://t.co/PDjbuJ8bDRhttps://t.co/c1Iiaxj55O

@bryan_johnson Butyrate is messed up with bad sleep! Fix that.> "study revealed that [sleep deprivation] and [sleep restriction] downregulated butyrate production, further causing intestinal homeostasis dysfunction via the HDAC3–p-GSK-3β–β-catenin–Nrf2–NF-κB pathway" https://t.co/A4n1NJhuB9 https://t.co/EXDsKpTnyD

> having stimulants too late in the dayNot wrong perse, but did you know some SSRI medications change the half-life of caffeine in your system? That "too late in the day" thing can vary quite a bit depending on how fast it's metabolized. So if you can metabolize it quickly...

There was a time I was drinking a shot of espresso before bed to see how quick I could reduce it's impact on sleep. This is diff from energy drinks fixing insomnia that ChubbyEmu/HemeReview ran into. That indicates a deeper problem if it *lets* you sleep.https://t.co/zdbJqqjIpK

> not regulating evening light> not regulating noise I love falling asleep to my cellphone's bright blue light while having a youtube video playing. This particular quirk may be due to me being a freak tho.White noise is great tho.https://t.co/UXntjXRHtV

@timspector @sleepdiplomat I experimented with this for a month without any result. Traced it to some weird blue-light mutations in my eyes and I suspect causes a lower response in my internal circadian rhythm. Been having lots of luck tweaking microbiome instead. Finally cracking lifelong non-24 disorder.

> wrong bedroom temperatureif you drink a bit of alcohol and eat high protein before bed, the body temperature increase usually means I can handle being cold, but struggle with heat.Working on that one thru zinc intake. It's helping.https://t.co/YDydcmuQxM

Stress before sleep is the main thing that screws me up and drives insomnia. So my big focus has been on ways to tweak the gut and diet to improve stress tolerance.I've been tracking my sleep for literal years BTW. I have (had) a weird sleep disorder.https://t.co/qUANPnBRZe

Speaking of. Wanna see what my heart rate looked like before I gashed my thumb wide open on a can of clams?I didn't sleep well at all last night. The blood flow to my hand made my wrist swell tho, so couldn't track it with my garmin :( https://t.co/Fkp9eWVFMK https://t.co/e20XkzpdiU

I can say with a straight face that after I ate dog feces for a month, I got funded to masturbate thanks to Vb burning some dog shit token (hah) to fund covid relief.Support dog people <3https://t.co/oAz9vbmfgNhttps://t.co/MWcfOfWbI1 https://t.co/wgbqwB6vP8

Shit coins are funny.https://t.co/uKFBD5gtoM

My life is hilarious. Going from having life long sleep disorder making me not sync with 24-hour clock, to being able to wake up the nearly the same time every day for well over a year. https://t.co/ms0KGzQWUb

Did you hear the joke about how alcohol disrupts your sleep? It's funny because it's true... Sometimes.Instead of avoiding it, have you tried trying to make your body more tolerant to it?https://t.co/DDFEtFZ3e4

I've been experimenting lately to see if I can harbor acetate making microbes in my gut. Neutralizing small amounts of alcohol & turning it into acetate & eventually butryate should super-power my gut health. Butryate producers need lactate as well. https://t.co/cNUkQscgWg

If you're curious, this thread documents why Bryan is on my shit list: https://t.co/XgGUuO2PwK

He said incense was bad. So I bought some and lit it in my room.https://t.co/DLCpAruodM

my thumb seems healed, An inch long gash that was easily a cm deep is now seemingly gone.https://t.co/lUVeI8b1jO

Hey you. If you missed sleep last night, that's fine. The impact of mild chronic stress of Orthorexia (The feelings that drives you to worry about your sleep) is probably worse for your overall well being than missing a few nights of sleep.https://t.co/shhFBQWkpI

Your body has stuff that compensates for the loss of sleep time. This is known as REM rebound. https://t.co/VZjXDQVhFW

If missing sleep is causing you to have drastic health issues, you may be suffering from a sleep disorder, or are on medication that unknowingly messes with sleep function. https://t.co/yzd2zQwlpZ

Guilt'ing yourself about missing sleep is usually not going to be productive if you are struggling to manage REM states. If missing a couple hours here or there is that devastating to you, IMHO it's a sign of a much larger disturbance in your sleep.

The thing driving chronic insomnia may not be some behavioral routine you can fix by just having better sleep hygiene. Stressing out over it may be exactly the wrong approach. https://t.co/mLZEIUxPdv

It may very well be that your sleep habit are going to take more than some mindfulness around sleep hygiene to fix. We recently discovered that the sleepiness from sleep apnea can even be transferred from mouse to mouse with FMT (poop transplant).https://t.co/hCiqbeLzZ2

Did you know if you time your last meal to be roughly so that the protein in your blood stream is highest during the first spike in IGF-1, you can accelerate muscle repair?https://t.co/6B6JVUv0Au

I experimented with this for a while. The sweet spot for me was 320 calories of peanut butter an hour before when I expected to fall asleep. https://t.co/4EJSGGyZvP

Literally felt great doing this BTW.https://t.co/Mu3bV9Le71

@CaloriesProper Woke up at 6 am and felt like I was running all night. Very warm and wide awake after only about 5 hours of sleep. This seems to be doing something besides just growth hormone. My morning grip strength is higher than it should be, likely some kind of blood flow?

Are you really optimizing health if you need > 4 hour a night to clear Amyloid? https://t.co/8l8s3VMzN7

What kind of alcohol, bryan?https://t.co/izgFcFjHnw

@TASTEforTEA_ @bryan_johnson Oh! Is the chemical in my wine binding with selenium from the garlic in my diet? Whoa. This could explain why my sleep actually gets better when I drink wine at night.https://t.co/VM3hwjOSrMhttps://t.co/EtnkRnhGf1 https://t.co/EBkuQxJ0QX

If you read science about regeneration, you'll quickly learn most of these are fake facts. Some bones take only a few years, others take 20+. And you can in fact regrow neurons. https://t.co/tlpVmbf7QPhttps://t.co/vuWV3ikPw5

The body can just do things. Always rebuilding. Immune cells: hours Small-intestine lining: 3-5 days Stomach lining: 3-6 days Taste-bud cells: 10 days Skin epidermis: 1 month Red blood cells: 120 days Liver cells: 1 year Fat cells: 10 years Skeleton: 10 years Brain neurons: lifetime

If we can achieve human hibernation, we may be able to even regrow brain stems and help stroke recovery.https://t.co/toaqQfmYUc

Cuz I think we can regrow the brain."The brain tries to repair damage after a stroke by utilizing its own repair cells, which function like skilled craftsmen. However, their efforts are often obstructed by inflammation" https://t.co/LaKx99A4UXhttps://t.co/SFCIkKuA5D

One of the reasons why my dad choose to end his life is because these fucking lies are spread by health influencers and permeate our medical field.https://t.co/9r6x6MREZa

Stop spreading lies about how our bodies work and actually spread the truth. Bone remodeling can take anywhere from 2 to 40 years based on replacement rate statistics.https://t.co/6OsxzDQmzs

When I figure out how to grow a Baculum, i'm going to get it surgically removed and mail it to Bryan so I can tell him to get fucked. https://t.co/WCvm1DaHJW

@Danmehmet_ @TheHaQa @anabology In people who are habitually zinc deficient due to dietary restriction or gut disorder, zinc supplementation has been shown to help restore some growth. In my case it was Crohn's / IBD.Seems tied to zinc impacting bone regeneration.https://t.co/1gg8tql9UR https://t.co/BNYf2g9TmI

And then I will grow another. https://t.co/HGu7GI9BN9
