I was just thinking along similar lines, but specifically with activities like sports. My son’s swim banquet was tonight, and they honored the seniors, who gave speeches. I started seeing how there are groups at each age/level pushing each other, but then they also have the older ones there to show them what the next level looks like. We need more of that, because it’s hard to see in a distributed world.

@visakanv the psychological wellbeing is not seen as important since there aren’t metrics for it i think.
