Caveats that I think one should keep in mind before doing the Heisenberg protocol: - The fact that the creator of the protocol was hospitalized at least once (possibly twice, not sure), while he was coming up with it and as a direct result of the extreme high dosages of the protocol. Although he says that he now has the ratios and proportions right which supposedly exclude such a possibility in the future. But who knows? Copper is often lodged in the brain. Are you willing to risk losing your mind or cause internal bleeding in your brain because someone on the internet says "Trust me, bro"? I'm not. But others are free to do what they want ... - The fact that the hype around it does not hold up to closer scrutiny. If you read and follow the people in that 130+ page thread, you'll see that yes, there are some hyper responders to the protocol who do exceptionally well and also responded very quickly to it, but it seems to be the minority. The rest are stuck in constant recalibration loops, don't respond to it at all, or get worse. - The EGCG is for me the potentially weak link. Heisenberg uses it mostly as an iron chelator and explains its actions that way, but EGCG is also a known copper chelator and likely also does 10 more things, some of which may be known others yet unknown. There are credible accounts of EGCG causing liver damage. - The protocol is very new and we don't have any longterm data. - Its creator has a strong tendency towards hyperbole, so not sure how credible his accounts are. On the other hand, he has no problem correcting himself or admitting that he was wrong and values being truthful, as it looks. He helps and assists people a lot, and encourages them which has a strong positive impact. Those are things to keep in mind when undergoing the protocol, I think ... It surely throws everything out of the window what we know about safe molybdenum dosing I think ... I don't know ... let's stay tuned, I guess, and see how things develop. 🤷‍♀️
