@opkzZ @Grimhood for iodine, I eat yogurt and get a lot of it from dairy based kefir. I also eat 6+ eggs a time when I do that. I am probably not on top of my iodine intake, but I suspect that my M.S. associated thyroid issues were more than just lacking iodine.
