My gut bacteria at the health bank doling out SCFAs to modulate appetite inducing peptides and regulating ghrelin and leptin and other things tied to GLP-1 signaling. If only I had the inheritance of Harry Potter. https://t.co/HAGNEpi7bL

So 2025 is the year this lie will finally die a final death. Since Ozempic/semiglutide injections made it trendy to care and socially acceptable to talk about weight again and not delusionally deny that being severely overweight is a serious health condition… let’s start talking about what really causes obesity. It’s not genetics, it’s EPIGENETICS. To explain this in more relatable terminology I will use an analogy. We are born with a health bank account received from both parents. That is out of our control and fully what parents pass down. As soon as you are born, everything you are exposed to in your life from the first injection you receive, to the type of milk you receive as a baby, the medications you take, the environment you grow up in and around, the food you start to consume, the time you spend outdoors, the emotional and physical trauma we go through, the relationships you choose, the amount of physical activity you do… will all start to rapidly influence the status of your health bank account that you inherited- either adding to it.. or subtracting. Now many of these early exposures aren’t controlled by us. They’re decisions made by our parents for us as we are growing up… which is why children often follow their parents footsteps in health and why people incorrectly think… “Oh it’s just genetics.” By saying that, people just want to blame someone else and don’t want to take accountability for the responsibility they DO have. Each person has to consciously decide for themselves when they come of age to break the poor financial health situation that parents passed down through bad habits, addictions, behaviors, and exposures that cause health bankruptcy. It’s not your fate, at some point it’s your choice. When you know better, do better.

Me, realizing that I can modulate appetite control by addressing gut health factors and start getting a huge return on investment by transmuting my gut bacteria thru the alchemy of the spirit (gut microbes). https://t.co/lmFwmibsW4 https://t.co/weyds6dJLm

@JoshRainerGold Yes, and his spirit indwells with me because my body is a temple. So I feed my gut bacteria out of worship and do not sin against hem less I become cursed with disease or famine.

Does anyone else study the physiological effects of MDMA in depth to the point that you figure out how Tummo works to boost body temperature by impacting gut bacteria's production of serotonin?https://t.co/9jJNSm20B4

If we called the GLP-1 "Snape", IGF-1 "Harry Potter", and mTOR as "Dumbledore"...Then when we find out gut bacteria can modulate these to improve neuronal health, we could say Harry Potter saw Snape kill Dumbledore in a dream. https://t.co/46ihGT8giBhttps://t.co/PXBf0m0E1F https://t.co/XXlCfUPlhf

@Mangan150 A mechanism by which Rapamycin may be impacting obesity."Pharmacological inhibition of the PI3K/mTOR pathway abolished such effects, suggesting that the metabolic actions of GLP-1 depend on mTOR activity." https://t.co/ykIanOdoRX
