@marknadal If you don't have major gut health issues, it should be possible to promote the main choline producer (Akkermancia Muciniphila) via Kefir and Skaurkraut / Kombucha as a source of lactate / acetate.In healthy guts, there are chains of bacteria that transform these as needed.
