The trick to controlling you cortisol? Facilitating healthy gut bacteria.https://t.co/MvEeRKxb6s

"Two major patterns emerged in people who were more resilient to stress: The activity in their microbiome was linked to reduced inflammation and to improved gut barrier integrity." [JUN 2024] https://t.co/GOSICEPViI

Trauma bad, sure, but what if gut health good?https://t.co/ORxz46oDGm

Truama bad, sure, but what if gut health good?https://t.co/x76H3hJ6ec

Would you care to bet?https://t.co/U3WcapHWsUhttps://t.co/TDZ7nmzoZF https://t.co/9dvDmRLS58

The one thing I haven't been able to get control of is my aggression when i'm frustrated. I don't hurt anyone and I don't destroy my things anymore in my autistic 'retard rages', but I get scary. I need to learn to tame that beast within me.https://t.co/HrwIGoPVGw

What is the opposite of a hyper fixated sensory meltdown that is a flow state?https://t.co/TeXnfNGAdu

Is cortisol the thing that I am activating when I enter tummo? Or is it serotonin. Something is raising my body temperature when I 'awaken' that. What would do the reverse?https://t.co/H79HSKOhn2

Mint? Temper-mint? "Anger Manage-Mint Ice Cream" https://t.co/zmbMJ55sSShttps://t.co/OmSBWsxOLK

Something that the mint's do must be causing bacteria to shift in me. But I don't know what cools me yet.https://t.co/ycgT7c7Dso

Calm the inner fire.https://t.co/ofVWLxg2Bq

@CWStGeorge @neolithicrnsnc Oregano is great! BSO is such a wonderfully nutritous carrier oil too.Thyme and Clove also have simlar properties, but harsher on the body. Parsley, Sage, and Rosemary also seem to help. Seem antifungal traits are common in mint family.

Gotta get that sage wisdom.https://t.co/ZnyklHsuky

What calms the amygdala? Is my TRPV1 overactive now that I've unlocked the inner-fire that is my bile (reversing the crohns gut motility issue).I don't want to be angry anymore.https://t.co/RTroyAWEMU

I think we should talk about how in our quest to shame people for not wearing masks, doctors were showing O2 meters to prove masks don't affect oxygen. And completely neglected impact of CO2 sensitization in lungs & amygdala and it's impacts on heart rate.https://t.co/KBPXOXqc12

I'm still getting adrenaline induced meltdowns, I simply no longer shutdown? Is this the rage?https://t.co/PbZJk4Rwx0

@GRITCULT I learned that rebreathing warm moist CO2 impacts my lungs in a way that mirrors my mom's panic attacks (associated with COPD https://t.co/xhTn6X1ZMP ) and further confirmed that it might be due to TRP receptor activity that I can modulate thru diet.https://t.co/pxao2SNoGp

I may not be handling carbs well. My body may still be sick with something.https://t.co/xJH8oYGOXk

Racing thoughts. Thoughts of Racing. Race-tams?https://t.co/BOJFAUlKpv

I got stroke on the brain, so of course stroke shows up as a target of Race-tams bubbles up as a side effect. My anger and the energy tied to brain health are synonyms."Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke With Piracetam"https://t.co/RPFCV64UP7https://t.co/EBrwHoXBP6

A candle snuffed out, vs a bon-fire that burns down a forest. There must be a happy place. https://t.co/h3zdLAVSmB

@enkiv2 @lethargilistic Racetams seem to hit same space as cholesterol related neuronal regeneration that I've been targeting with my gut bacteria and diet. https://t.co/nAKTVQoIqgThe brain is 25% cholesterol, and brain cells live on ketones made in the liver... where gender hormones are also made.

A happy medium. Maybe I can calm my mind with a mediation? That's what happy gilmore was doing, he had to much anger in his heart, so he found his happy place, allowing him to maintain flow.https://t.co/wGUQCwAiWa

Both are breath. Breathing exersize that calm one's inner fire.https://t.co/qeHXZAys8W

Resistance is futile. It just fans the flames of anger.Remove the fuel. The emotional kindling in the mind's eye.https://t.co/FhRsFnP1Ff
