I went shopping yesterday. This is not normal for me.I've been tracking this stuff for literal years to fix autism issues. It's not that.Getting above 100 means I'm in panic. Masks trigger heartrate increase every time. I start sweating buckets and can't think straight. https://t.co/cFVYnZ5b1E

@samim That was a Fitbit. Garmin sports watches are more reliable and don't require a cloud connection to get them to work well. Helps with detecting stress when there is a disconnect in your sensory experiences. Helped me learn to feel my body better.
