In the last few years I have come to realize Some Things about religion. It is starting to make sense... It's interesting how I had to be in contact with some very contemporary elements to See. But "my religion" has no name, it recognizes the limitations of language. https://t.co/35FfItFmWm
One thing I want to say tho, the conceptual richness we inherited from those maps is incredible. More maps isn't necessarily worse (as long as ppl don't confuse the map with the territory), they might even notice slighty diff frames about the same concepts, it's good actually.
@IaimforGOAT Yes!!! This is it I had an image in my head of, all of these maps being like lanterns shining light. They do see "different truths", but if their lights both shine on the same piece of territory, the full picture is visible from the combination of these lenses
@IaimforGOAT I think @PrinceManayBora is the first person who got that to click for me. Something about "truth is unfalsifiable, if it can be falsified, it's not truth". Like, by definition what remains is our best map. And the combination of our best maps is the fullest picture

@latentjuice @DefenderOfBasic @IaimforGOAT @PrinceManayBora I was like wait... Nothing I believe can really be proven to be correct. It's all extrapolated from a few dubious points. Some of these illusions work better than others. Well, shit guess I'm just gonna have to go illusion crafting then. May the best illusion win!
