In principle, AI can take care of every single sentient being on earth. Here it is feeding individual cats; presumably it can know exactly where they are and reach them anytime. Keeping them fed with in vitro meat so they stop being obligate carnivores while still being completely free to roam around. Of course this implementation is silly, but hey, it's food for thought.
